3. CNC control system: Equipped with an industrial-grade computer system, 10inch display for easier usage. Moreover, it has four cutting modes to improve processing efficiency and flexibility.

4. High-precision cutting: Diamond saw blades with 3kw main spindle motor is used to ensure smooth rotation of the saw blade and precise cutting.
5. Automatic spray system: Automatic spray device, effectively extending the life of cutters and ensuring the cleanliness of the cutting surface.
6. Pneumatic clamping system: Equipped with horizontal and vertical dual pneumatic clamping devices, it firmly fixes the profile and ensures cutting accuracy.
7. Efficient cutting performance: Automatic cutting, angle switching, automatic positioning of cutting length, and automatic lifting and lowering of the bracket are realized, which greatly improves production efficiency and reduces manual operation.
8. Stable operation: The servo motor and square guide rail are used, and the linear bearing motion pair is matched to ensure high motion accuracy, accurate positioning, and smooth cutting process.
9. Safety protection: During the cutting process, the protective cover will automatically drop to effectively prevent the dust generated during cutting from splashing and ensure the safety of the operator.
10. Sturdy body: Adopts advanced steel structure design, and the entire chassis is cast from a single cast iron, which avoids joints, enhances the stability of the structure, extends the service life of the equipment, and prevents deformation.
11. Extra function: Automatic profile height measurement for outward 45°mode, bar code print, USB import.
