Cutting Saw: UPVC profile cutting machines are essential for precisely cutting UPVC profiles to the required sizes. Lock Hole Copy Router: UPVC lock hole copy router, also known as lock hole milling machine, is a specialized equipment used for processing lock holes, handle holes, and installation slots in UPVC doors and windows. It is an essential UPVC window making machine. Based on production requirements, UPVC lock hole copy router is classified into automatic lock hole copy router and CNC lock hole copy router.

Water Slot Milling Machine: Water slot milling machine, also known as drainage hole milling machine, is designed to create drainage slots in uPVC window and door frames. There are different ways to process mullion profile. One is to use end milling machine, another way is to use V-notch cutting saw.

End Milling Machine: This method utilizes end milling machine, which is specifically designed for milling the ends of the mullion profiles to ensure a precise fit when connecting to the window frame or sash. It is commonly used for screw-fixed connections, where the mullion is secured to the frame with screws and reinforced steel to enhance structural strength. V-notch cutting saw: V-notch cutting saw precisely cuts a V-shaped notch of the mullion. After cutting, the mullion is positioned within the frame and fused together using a uPVC welding machine. This process creates a seamless, high-strength connection that improves the window’s aesthetics and waterproof performance.

Screw fastening machine: To enhance the structural strength and security of uPVC profiles, steel reinforcements are commonly integrated into the profiles, which requires the use of a screw fastening machine. Depending on production efficiency needs, screw fastening machines can be categorized into single head screw fastening machine, double head screw fastening machine, three head screw fastening machine, four head screw fastening machine and so on.

Welding Machine: UPVC welding machine is designed to join UPVC profiles by heating and pressing them together, creating a strong, durable bond. These machines are classified into seam type UPVC welding machines and seamless welding machines, depending on the welding method. Common models include single head welding machine, double head welding machine, three head welding machine, and four head welding machine, catering to different production needs. UPVC welding machines are essential for manufacturing high-quality UPVC windows and doors with precise, long-lasting joints.

Corner Cleaning Machine: UPVC corner cleaning machine is used to remove excess welding material from window and door corners, ensuring a smooth, professional finish. The most popular option is the CNC corner cleaning machine, known for its high precision and efficiency. Based on the number of cutters inside, these machines are categorized into 3-cutter UPVC window cleaning machine, 6-cutter corner cleaning machine for PVC windows, and 9-cutter CNC UPVC corner cleaning machine. These machines are essential for producing high-quality UPVC windows and doors with clean, aesthetically pleasing joints.

Glazing Bead Cutting Machine – A PVC bead cutting saw is essential for PVC window production. This machine precisely cuts glazing beads, ensuring they fit securely onto the glass panels. Glazing beads play a crucial role in securing, sealing, and enhancing the performance of PVC windows. Arch bending machine: It is also known as uPVC Profile Bending Machine. It is designed to bend uPVC profiles with high precision, enabling the production of custom-shaped windows and doors, including arched, round, and curved designs. This machine is essential for modern architectural window manufacturing, allowing for unique and aesthetically appealing window solutions.

Now, you can use assembly tables to installs handles, locks, and hinges on the window frame to complete the functionality of the window. Then, each window undergoes strict quality checks to ensure durability, smooth operation, and proper sealing. And finally, the final products are securely packed and prepared for delivery.
